How to Update Address Information

Maintaining accurate address details helps prevent service disruptions or delivery errors. Updating your address in a timely manner is essential for ensuring account security and smooth communication.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal

Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Navigate to Settings

- Select “Profile” from the left-hand menu
- On the right-hand side, locate the “Address Verified” section and click the red “Update Address” link
Step 3: Update Information

- Select your city and enter your street name and building number
- Click “Save” to submit your request
Processing Time
Your address update will be processed within one business day, and you will be notified of the result via email.
