How to Update Your Trading Account Password

The trading account password is used to log in to your trading platforms (MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5). Regularly updating your password helps enhance the security of your trading activities.

Procedure

Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal

Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:

• Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
• Your registered email address and password

Step 2: Access Account Management

• Click on the “Dashboard” tab in the left-hand navigation menu
• On the right-hand side, locate your trading account, click the three-dot icon on the far right, and select “Change MT4/MT5 Password” from the dropdown menu

Step 3: Verify Password

• For security purposes, enter your current portal login password
• Click “Verify Password”

Step 4: Set a New Trading Password

• Enter your new trading account password
• Click “Update” to complete the process
