If you have forgotten your Client Portal login password, you can reset it quickly and securely by following the steps below.
Procedure
Step 1: Go to the Client Portal Login Page

- Navigate to the Client Portal login page
- Select “Email and Password Login” and click “Forgot Password”
Step 2: Reset Your Password

- Enter your registered email address
- Click “Send OTP”; a verification code will be sent to your email
- Enter the verification code in the required field
- Set a new password and click “Submit” to complete the reset
Once your password has been successfully updated, please log in to the Client Portal using your new password.
