How to Deposit via WeChat

FP Markets provides a variety of flexible deposit options. Regardless of the method chosen, FP Markets does not charge any fees.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal
Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Go to the Deposit Page
- Click “Funding” in the left-hand menu
- Select WeChat Pay as your deposit method
Step 3: Confirm Deposit Details
- Choose your Trading Account
- Enter the Deposit Amount (USD)
- Click Submit
Step 4: Redirect to Payment Page
- The system will automatically redirect to the payment page
- If it does not redirect automatically, click “Can’t see the payment window? Click here to redirect manually”
- To use a mobile device, scan the QR code displayed on the right with your phone camera
Step 5: Make the Transfer
- Transfer funds according to the QR code and keep your receipt
- After completing the transfer, click “I Have Completed Payment”
Each order’s payment information is valid for a single transaction only. Do not reuse for multiple transfers.
Transfers must be completed within the specified time; if the time expires, please place a new order.
Notes
- The account holder of the payment method must match the FP Markets account holder to ensure that funds are transferred legally and in compliance with regulations
