How to Deposit via AliPay

FP Markets offers a variety of flexible deposit options. Regardless of the method chosen, FP Markets does not charge any fees.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal
Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Go to the Deposit Page
You can access the deposit page in either of the following ways:
Option 1:
- Click “Deposit” directly in the left-hand menu
Option 2:
- Click “Home” in the left-hand menu, locate your target trading account in the account list on the right, and click the Deposit button for that account
Step 3: Select Deposit Method
- Choose Alipay as your deposit method
Step 4: Confirm Deposit Details
- Select your deposit account
- Enter the Deposit Amount (USD)
- Click Submit
Step 5: Redirect to Payment Page
- The system will automatically redirect to the payment page
- If it does not redirect automatically, click “Can’t see the payment window? Click here to redirect manually”
- You can also scan the QR code on the right with your mobile camera to access the mobile payment interface
Step 6: Make the Payment
- Read the Agreement and click Next
- Scan and transfer funds to the displayed Alipay account and keep the receipt
- After completing the transfer, click “Confirmation of Remittance, upload your receipt, and click Confirm Upload
Each order’s payment information is valid for a single transaction only. Do not reuse for multiple transfers.
Transfers must be completed within the specified timeframe. If the time expires, please place a new order.
Notes
- The Alipay account holder must match the FP Markets account holder to ensure that funds are transferred legally and in compliance with regulations
