3️⃣ Is there a minimum deposit requirement?

There is no minimum deposit requirement set by the platform, but individual payment methods may impose minimum limits.

2. Processing Time & Fees

4️⃣ How long does it take for deposits to be credited?

Processing times vary:

  • ⚡ E-payments (e.g., UnionPay, Alipay): Usually instant
  • 🏦 Bank wire transfers: Typically 1–5 business days (may take up to 14 days for international transfers)

5️⃣ Are there any deposit fees?

FP Markets does not charge deposit fees.

⚠️ However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

6️⃣ What should I do if my bank transfer has not arrived?

Please check:

  • Whether the transfer is still within the processing timeframe (up to 14 business days)
  • Whether the transfer details were entered correctly

No.

For security and regulatory compliance, all deposits must come from an account in the same name as the trading account holder.
