Forgot Portal Password

If you have forgotten your Client Portal login password, you can reset it quickly and securely by following the steps below.


Procedure


Step 1: Go to the Client Portal Login Page

  • Navigate to the Client Portal login page
  • Select “Email and Password Login” and click “Forgot Password

Step 2: Reset Your Password

  • Enter your registered email address
  • Click “Send OTP”; a verification code will be sent to your email
  • Enter the verification code in the required field
  • Set a new password and click “Submit” to complete the reset

Once your password has been successfully updated, please log in to the Client Portal using your new password.
