How to Cancel a Withdrawal

You can cancel any pending or incorrect withdrawal requests at any time through the Client Portal, allowing you to manage your funds more flexibly.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal
Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Go to the Funds History Page
- Find the withdrawal request you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel on the right side of the amount
