How to Check Trading Hours

Knowing the trading hours of instruments helps you enter and exit trades accurately, manage risk, optimize strategies, and improve trading efficiency.
Procedure
- Open MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
- In the “Market Watch” panel, right-click on any instrument
- From the context menu, select “Specifications”
- Scroll down in the Specification window to view the instrument’s Trading Hours

- Trading hours may be adjusted due to market conditions or public holidays—please stay updated.
- Different instruments have different trading sessions, especially cross-border or forex instruments. Verify the trading hours in advance to avoid missed opportunities.
