How to Make an Internal Transfer

The internal transfer feature within FP Markets allows users to transfer funds between different trading accounts under the same registered email address.


Procedure


Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal


Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:

  • Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
  • Your registered email address and password

Step 2: Initiate the Transfer


Option 1:

  • Click “Internal Transfer” in the left-hand menu
  • Select the From Account and To Account
  • Enter the Transfer Amount (USD) and ensure sufficient balance
  • Enter your Client Portal login password for verification
  • Click Submit Transfer Request

Option 2:

  1. Click “Dashboard” in the left-hand menu
  2. In the Real Accounts list, select the account you want to transfer from
  3. Click the three dots under Actions on the right-hand side
  4. Select Internal Transfer from the dropdown menu
  5. Select the From Account and To Account
  6. Enter the Transfer Amount (USD) and ensure sufficient balance
  7. Enter your Client Portal login password for verification
  8. Click Submit Transfer Request

Your transfer request will be processed within one business day.
