How to Use PAMM Deposits and Withdrawals

The PAMM system provides an efficient and transparent way for Managers and Investors to manage funds within a pooled investment structure, enabling proportional allocation and performance tracking.
Process Overview
Deposit Process
- Investors or Managers submit deposit requests via the PAMM Portal
- Requests must be approved by the Manager or Administrator
- Approved funds are allocated during the next roll-over
- Investment shares are calculated once funds are allocated to the MetaTrader 4/5 account
Withdrawal Process
- Withdrawal requests are submitted via the PAMM Portal
- All requests require approval
- Approved withdrawals are processed during roll-over and deducted from the trading account
Restrictions and Rules
Investor Withdrawal Rules
- Total approved and pending withdrawals must not reduce the Manager’s equity below zero
- Requests breaching this condition will be automatically rejected
Manager Restrictions
- Managers cannot approve withdrawals that would result in negative equity
- Any request that would cause negative equity at roll-over will be declined
Roll-over and Fund Allocation
Roll-over Mechanism
- At each roll-over, profits and losses are proportionally distributed
Allocation Basis
- Investor equity shares
- Manager’s trading account performance
Distribution Method
- Based on roll-over parameters defined by the Manager
- Allocations are calculated and distributed accurately to each investor
Special Feature: Partial Close Mechanism
Automated Adjustment
- Positions may be partially closed based on withdrawal amounts
- Closing volumes are calculated proportionally to investor participation
Manager Configuration Options
- Option to partially close positions before withdrawals
- Or dynamically adjust individual positions based on investor shares
Performance Fee Calculation
Fee Timing
- Charged at the end of a trading cycle or upon withdrawal
Profit & Loss Rules
- No performance fee is charged during loss periods
- Losses are carried forward to the next cycle
High-Water Mark Principle
- Fees are calculated based on each investor’s highest historical equity
- Investors can monitor performance and fees via the PAMM Portal
Account History
Request History
- Includes all deposit and withdrawal requests
- Filterable by time, type, status, and account
Transaction History
- Covers balance movements, fees, and commissions
- Filterable by date, reason, and transaction ID
Account Closure Rules
Closure Conditions
- PAMM accounts can be closed by the Administrator at any time
- All investments and positions will be settled upon closure
Restrictions
Accounts with open positions cannot be closed
Accounts with negative equity investors cannot be closed
