1. Withdrawal Process

1️⃣ How do I withdraw funds from my account?

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal
  2. Click “Withdrawal” on the left menu
  3. Select your preferred method and submit your request

Ensure your account is fully verified before requesting withdrawals.


2️⃣ What withdrawal methods are available?

At FP Markets, available withdrawal methods include:

  • UnionPay
  • Alipay
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Bank wire transfer
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Skrill and other e-wallets

⚠️ Availability depends on your region and deposit method.


3️⃣ How do I withdraw to a credit card?

Please note:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to cards previously used for deposits
  • You will need to enter the last 3 digits of the card and your portal password

This follows the “return to source” policy for compliance.


2. Processing Time & Fees

4️⃣ How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Typical processing times:

  • ⚡ E-wallets/local methods: within 1 business day (processing)
  • 💳 Credit/Debit cards: 1–5 business days
  • 🏦 Bank wire: 2–5 business days (longer for international transfers)

5️⃣ Are there any withdrawal fees?

FP Markets generally does not charge withdrawal fees.

⚠️ However:

  • Banks or payment providers may charge fees
  • International wires may incur intermediary costs

6️⃣ What should I do if I haven’t received my withdrawal?

Please check:

  • Whether the request is still within processing time
  • Whether your withdrawal details are correct

If delayed, contact customer support with your transaction details.


3. Account & Fund Management

7️⃣ Can I withdraw funds while trades are still open?

Yes.

However, ensure:

  • You have sufficient free margin
  • Your open positions are not affected

8️⃣ Is internal transfer supported?

Yes.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal
  2. Click “Internal Transfer”
  3. Select accounts and enter the amount

This allows fund transfers between your own trading accounts.


9️⃣ How can I view my transaction history?

Go to the “Transaction History” section in the Client Portal to view all deposits and withdrawals.


🔟 How do I cancel a withdrawal request?

If the request has not been processed:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal
  2. Go to “Transaction History”
  3. Find the request
  4. Click “Cancel”

4. Additional Notes

  • 🔒 Withdrawal account name must match your trading account
  • 🔁 Funds are usually returned via the original deposit method
  • 📄 Keep all transaction records for reference
