How to Close Your Account

Please note that once your account is closed, all services will become inaccessible, and your data will be permanently deleted.


Important Notes

  • Ensure Zero Balance: Before closing your account, confirm that there are no remaining funds or unsettled trades.
  • Back Up Important Information: If you require transaction records or other account data, please save them prior to account closure.
  • Unusual Account Activity: If you notice any suspicious activity, please update your portal password immediately to safeguard your account.

Procedure

Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal

Please visit the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:

  • Your registered email address and password
  • Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code

Step 2: Access Account Settings

  1. Click “Profile” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the “Account Settings” option on the right-hand side.
  3. Click the red text “Request Deletion.”

  • Click “Send Verification Code,” enter the code received on your mobile phone, and click “Confirm.”

Step 3: Email Confirmation
We will process your request within one business day and notify you via email once it is completed.
