How to Reactivate an Archived Account

You can restore an archived MT5 trading account to active trading status.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal
Please visit the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Navigate to the Dashboard
Click “Dashboard” in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Submit a Reactivation Request
- Locate the target account in the “Archived Accounts” list.
- Click “Reactivate” under the “Action” column on the far right of the selected account.
We will process your request within one business day and notify you via email once it has been completed.
Important Note
Archived MT4 trading accounts cannot be reactivated.
