How to Open a Corporate Account

Opening a corporate forex trading account offers several advantages, including enhancing professional credibility, segregating personal and corporate finances, facilitating large-volume transactions, supporting business operations, improving risk management, increasing trading efficiency, and providing easier access to the foreign exchange market.


Procedure

Step 1: Register an Individual Account


Step 2: Apply for a Corporate Account

After submitting your individual account application, please send an email from your registered email address to service@fpmarkets.com.cn, requesting the conversion of your individual account into a corporate account. Kindly attach all required documents listed below.


Required Documentation

1. Corporate Documents

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • If shareholder details are not specified in the Articles of Association, please provide a Share Certificate

2. Shareholder Information
(Applicable to all shareholders holding 25% or more equity interest)

  • Proof of Identity:
    • Mainland China residents: clear color copy of a valid passport
    • Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan residents: color copies of valid identification documents (e.g., driver’s licence, ID card, or passport)
    • Must include: full name, issue date or expiry date, date of birth, and photograph
  • Proof of Address:
    • Utility bill issued within the last 6 months showing the individual’s name and registered address
    • Examples include: electricity, gas, water, waste disposal, internet, cable TV bills, or bank statements

3. Memorandum / Shareholding Evidence

  • Proof of identity and proof of address for all shareholders holding 25% or more of the company’s shares, as stated in the Memorandum or Share Certificate

Note:
If the proof of identity document already includes the residential address, a separate proof of address is not required.


4. Corporate Bank Account Information

  • Provide the bank name and the location where the corporate bank account is held

5. Additional Documents

  • Copy of passport (if applicable)

Step 3: Review Process

The related department will complete the review within three business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
