How to Bind a Mobile Number

Binding your mobile number helps enhance fund security, enables prompt notification of account irregularities, and ensures timely receipt of important account-related information.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal

Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Section

- Click on “Profile” in the left-hand menu
- On the right-hand side, click “Verify Now”
Step 3: Complete the Binding Process

- Enter your mobile phone number
- Click “Send OPT” and input the code in the designated field
- If you are unable to receive the verification code, please contact the client support team promptly
- Enter your portal login password
- Click “Confirm” to complete the process
