Account Automatic Archiving Policy
Updated 1 week Ago
On the FP Markets platform, trading accounts may be automatically archived or deleted if they remain inactive for an extended period.
Inactive Status
An account is considered inactive if, over a continuous period of 90 days, there is no:
- Trading activity
- Pending orders
- Fund movements (including deposits, withdrawals, or transfers)
- Login to the trading platform
Inactivity Fee:
If an account maintains a balance but is classified as dormant, an inactivity fee of USD 10 (or equivalent currency) will be charged monthly until the balance falls below USD 10 or is reduced to zero.
Automatic Archiving Rules
| Account Type | Condition | Status |
|---|---|---|
| MT4 Live Account | No activity for 90 consecutive days and balance below USD 10 | Account will be automatically archived and cannot be restored |
