After the transfer is completed, please send the completed form to service@fpmarkets.com.cn so we can monitor the transfer and ensure the funds are credited to your account promptly.

- I have initiated a transfer, but the funds have not arrived in my trading account. What should I do?
If the funds have not been credited, please contact our customer support team via live chat and provide your transfer receipt or proof of payment. - Will I earn interest on the funds held in my trading account?
No. Funds held in trading accounts do not earn interest. - What deposit methods are available?

Yes. However, please ensure that sufficient margin remains in your account. - Do you charge fees for bank wire withdrawals?
FP Markets does not charge fees for bank wire withdrawals, although third-party bank charges may apply. - Can I make internal transfers between my accounts?

Withdrawals can only be made to credit cards previously used for deposits with FP Markets.
To submit a request, simply enter the last three digits of the card and your Client Portal password.

Log in to the Client Portal, go to the Funds History page, and select:

- What is the difference between MT4 and MT5?
• MT4 is primarily designed for forex trading and offers a simple, user-friendly interface.
• MT5 provides more advanced functionality, supporting additional asset classes and technical indicators.

You can trade on:

No. MT4 and MT5 are free to use. - Can I access MT4/MT5 via a web browser?
Yes. MT4/MT5 WebTrader allows you to trade directly through your browser. Please refer to MT4/MT5 WebTrader. - Does MT4/MT5 display bid or ask prices?
Both Bid and Ask prices are displayed. You can choose the display mode.
How do I place a new order in MT4/MT5?
Click “New Order”, select the trading instrument and lot size, set Stop Loss and Take Profit levels, and click Buy or Sell to execute the trade.

Platform Settings & Features
- What is the server time on MT4/MT5? Can it be changed?
The server time is typically GMT+2 or GMT+3 (during Daylight Saving Time) and cannot be changed. - How do I install an EA on MT4/MT5?
Copy the EA file into the “Experts” folder of the MT4/MT5 directory and activate it within the platform. - How can I change my MT4/MT5 account password?
You can reset your trading account password via the trading platform or Client Portal. Please refer to Update Trading Account Password. - How do I set or change a read-only password?
You can modify the Investor Password through the MT4/MT5 platform settings. Please refer to Set Read-Only Password. - How can I check my account leverage?
Log in to the Client Portal and view your trading account details on the Home page.
Alternatively, in MT4/MT5, hover your mouse over your account in the Navigator window to view your leverage. - How can I download my trading statement?
In Account History, select “Save as Report” to export your trading statement. - How do I add indicators?
Place the indicator file into the “Indicators” folder, then load it via the Navigator panel. - How do I place a trade?
In the Market Watch window, right-click the instrument and select “New Order”, then enter the trading parameters. - How can I add funds to my demo account?

- Will my demo account expire?
Demo accounts are typically valid for 90 days.

Please refer to the platform settings or contact our customer support team for specific limits. - Why does MT4/MT5 show “Invalid Account” when I try to log in?
The “Invalid Account” message usually occurs due to incorrect server selection or incorrect password.
Please verify your login credentials and try again. Note that passwords are case-sensitive.

This may be caused by network connectivity issues or server problems.
We recommend checking your internet connection or trying a different server.
If the issue continues, please contact our customer support team. - I cannot see all tradable instruments in the Market Watch window. What should I do?
Right-click in the Market Watch window and select “Show All Symbols” to display all available trading instruments. - Why are the “New Order” button disabled in MT4/MT5?
This may occur if:
• No tradable instrument is selected
• Your account is currently restricted
Please verify your account status or contact our customer support team for assistance. - MT4/MT5 shows “Trade is Busy” when I try to place an order. What should I do?
This may be caused by network latency or high server load.

Trading Knowledge & Special Situations
- What is a CFD?
CFD stands for Contract for Difference.
CFD trading allows traders to speculate on price movements of financial instruments without owning the underlying asset. - What are the trading hours of the Forex market?
The Forex market operates 24 hours a day, five days a week, depending on global market sessions. - What are Bid and Ask prices?
• Bid Price: The price at which you can sell an instrument
• Ask Price: The price at which you can buy an instrument
The difference between them is known as the spread. - Do you offer guaranteed stop-loss orders?
When a stop-loss order is triggered, it will be executed at the best available market price. - Can I trade micro lots?
Yes. All MT4 and MT5 account types support micro lot trading. - What is the maximum trade size?
For Forex, the maximum trade size is 50 lots per trade.
For other instruments, you can right-click the product in Market Watch, select “Specification”, and view the limits.

FP Markets does not impose a limit on the number of pending orders, including pending and stop orders. - What are your Margin Call and Stop-Out levels?
• When the margin level reaches 100%, the system will send a margin call notification via email.
• When the margin level falls to 50%, the system will automatically close positions, starting with the largest losing trades. - Do you allow automated trading (EA)?
Yes. You may use Expert Advisors (EA) on your trading account without additional restrictions.
However, the maximum number of account activities is limited to 5,000 actions within 24 hours, including:
• Opening positions
• Closing positions
• Pending orders
• Order modifications - Do you provide VPS services?
Yes. FP Markets provides VPS services.

You may qualify for a free VPS if you meet one of the following conditions:

Demo vs Live Accounts
- What is the difference between a demo account and a live account?
A demo account simulates real market conditions but uses virtual funds, while a live account involves real trading with real funds. - What are the minimum stop-loss and limit order levels?
FP Markets does not impose minimum distance restrictions on Stop Loss, Take Profit, or pending orders. - Can I place trades by phone?
No. Telephone trading is not supported. - Where are your trading servers located?
Our trading servers are located at the Equinix NY4 Data Center in New York, ensuring ultra-fast execution speeds.
Swap & Rollover
- What is swap / rollover / financing?
Swap (rollover) is the interest charged or credited for holding positions overnight.
The amount may be positive or negative depending on the instrument. - Where can I view swap rates?
In MT4/MT5, right-click the instrument in the Market Watch window and select “Specification”. - Why is triple swap charged on Wednesdays or Fridays?
Triple swap may apply depending on the trading instrument, to account for weekend settlement adjustments. - When is swap charged?
Swap is charged at 00:00 server time (5:00 PM New York time) for open positions held overnight.

Rollover adjustments are calculated based on the price difference between the expiring contract and the new contract, and will be reflected in your trading history.

- How can I become an Introducing Broker (IB)?
Please log in to the Client Portal, navigate to the IB Application page, and submit your application.
Once approved, you will be required to sign the partnership agreement to become an Introducing Broker.
