Uploading identification documents to verify your account helps enhance security and prevents unauthorized access or activity.
Procedure
Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal
Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:
- Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
- Your registered email address and password
Step 2: Submit Identification Documents
- Click on “Profile” in the left-hand menu
- On the right-hand side, click “Verify Now”
Step 3: Await Confirmation
The verification result will be sent to you via email within one business day.
