How to Upload Proof of Address

If your proof of identity document does not display your residential address, you are required to provide a valid proof of address to ensure compliant account activation and secure operation.


Procedure


Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal


Please access the Client Portal and log in using one of the following methods:

  • Your verified mobile number and one-time verification code
  • Your registered email address and password

Step 2: Upload Documents

  • Click on “Profile” in the left-hand menu
  • On the right-hand side, click “Upload Identification Documents”

If you hold an ID card, passport, or driver’s licence, please click “Upload Passport Photo” (as applicable).

  • Upload a clear, color image of the information page as required
  • Please note that photocopies are not accepted

Proof of Address Requirements:

  • A full-page utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, gas, telephone, internet, or cable TV) or a bank statement
  • Must be issued within the last 6 months
  • Must clearly display the client’s full name and registered residential address

Step 3: Await Confirmation
The application result will be sent to you via email within one business day.
